Responsibilities
Support US export business, including direct service and communications with both offshore customers and Copeland plants
Coordinate with order management team in Mexico and customers for timely communication and scheduling of orders
Work with schedulers at North American manufacturing plants on delivering orders to request date
Lead / guide / support key programs and initiatives for Export Services, Logistics, Trade Compliance and Procurement Business Systems transitions
Business analyst and support role for all Oracle and other Procurement Business Systems transitions (OTM, GTM, EBS, SLM, etc.)
Assist suppliers with data integration from ECT and iSupplier Portals
Refine and improve processes to ensure prompt communication of all required export documentation to the customer's nominated forwarder
Liaison between the Export Services team in Sidney and the Export Warehouse in Mt. Comfort
Support all pricing activities and initiatives associated with the US export business

Required
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field
Detail oriented and possess excellent analytical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Personable and able to prioritize multiple projects in a multi-functional environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills to present ideas and projects clearly and concisely
Preferred
APICS certification & Master's degree
Database knowledge (design, structure, reports, analysis, queries)
Minimum three (3) Years proven experience in Finance, IT, or Supply Chain focused area
