Assistant Project Manager

Responsibilities
Manage the scheduling of contractors
Upload new schedules and update existing schedules
Maintain communications between contractors and SSA offices
Support the Project Manager in meeting contractual requirements
Ensure compliance with annual requirements and documentation
Perform quality control on service receipts and hearing outcomes
Manage candidate and subcontractor database

Required
Bachelor’s degree preferred (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a BA)
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated Customer Service and administrative responsibility (e.g., call center, customer support)
Be able to work cross functionally with other project management teams
Extremely detail-oriented and well-organized
Able to accurately resolve issues in a timely manner
Ability to take initiative, work independently, and meet strict deadlines
Strong communication and customer service skills required (oral and written)
Previous staff scheduling experience a plus
Excellent typing skills
