Responsibilities

Lead a team in the development of building and portfolio-level energy strategies, including conservation, building electrification, district energy, onsite energy generation and storage, and microgrids.

Technical assessment of decarbonization strategies using a combination of modeling, proprietary software, and the development of customized analysis tools.

Preparing and presenting results and recommendations, in report or presentation format, to clients, design teams and internal teams.

Support proposal efforts through the development of technical approach and associated fees.

Required

Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Building Sciences or a related field +8 years' experience working in the energy or sustainable design sector or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

Preferred

Masters' degree preferred in engineering

10+ years' experience working in the energy or sustainable design sector including 5+ years’ experience of decarbonization or energy planning

Experience in the development of digital analysis tools and / or programming

P.E. Strongly Preferred; CEM considered valuable

Excellent written, graphical, and verbal communication skills

Hybrid working: Minimum of 2 days in office
