Responsibilities
Collaborate with co-Founders and senior management to define product vision and strategy
Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, working closely with cross-functional teams
Plan and execute successful product launches, define go-to-market strategies, and support marketing collateral
Monitor product performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends for optimization
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product management

Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
5 years of experience in product management in the tech industry
Proven track record of successful product launches and iterations
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Experience with agile development methodologies
Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
Basic understanding of UX principles and software development processes
Preferred
Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field
7+ years of product management experience
Experience in the specific domain of the hiring company (e.g., Gaming)
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams
Experience with product strategy and roadmap development
Strong technical background or ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts
Experience with market research and competitive analysis
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
Track record of mentoring junior product managers
Public speaking or thought leadership in product management
