Responsibilities

Manage and grow existing customer accounts in industries such as plastics, rubber, textile, chemical, food processing, and more.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers at all levels of the organization.

Provide timely and accurate information to customers, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.

Utilize Microsoft Office, CRM software, and ERP systems to track customer interactions and sales activities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement in quality and service.

Meet sales targets, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize urgent situations effectively.

Required

Minimum 4 years of related experience in manufacturing, industrial or engineering sales.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with internal and external customers at all levels of the organization providing courteous, timely and accurate information.

Ability to solve problems involving several variables.

Time management and organization skills are required with the ability to handle multiple tasks and to prioritize situations requiring urgent attention is critical.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
