Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and implement procurement programs, plans, and procedures.
Provide procurement advice and assistance to program managers, technical and financial specialists, co-workers, and/or others on procurement policies, problems or issues.
Supervise programs and direct workloads that have a direct effect on organizations.

Required
U.S. citizenship
Successful background investigation
Selective Service registration
Ability to obtain and maintain a Government credit card
Completion of all mandatory training prescribed by the head of the agency for progression to GS-13 or higher level contracting positions
At least 4 years of experience in contracting or related positions
At least 1 year of specialized experience at or equivalent to work at the next lower level of the position
A 4-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree with at least 24 semester hours in specified fields
FAC-C/FAC-COR certification is preferred
Submission of transcripts
Ability to deploy with little or no advance notice to anywhere in the United States and its territories for an extended period of time
