Responsibilities

Ensures accurate entry of information into athenaNet and trading partner applications

Builds, maintains, and shares expert subject matter knowledge of assigned processes

Works with key stakeholders across geographies to perform tasks

Removes obstacles to ensure completion of assigned tasks within specified turnaround times

Identifies workflow inconsistencies and communicates opportunities for innovation

Participates in training opportunities and takes a vested interest in professional development

Shares useful information with teams and implements feedback
