Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery of CSM, TPM, CMDB, and Integration Hub modules.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Conduct design workshops to gather requirements and develop comprehensive solution designs.

Architect and design scalable and efficient ServiceNow solutions that align with business needs and ITIL best practices.

Oversee the configuration and customization of ServiceNow modules, ensuring alignment with project requirements.

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports to track progress and ensure timely delivery.

Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and processes.

Conduct user training and support change management activities to ensure successful adoption of ServiceNow solutions.

Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

Required

7+ years in a Technical Program Manager or Solution Architect role focused on ServiceNow implementation or completion of 3-5 complex ServiceNow implementation projects

Deep understanding of ITIL processes and best practices

Strong technical background with experience in ServiceNow architecture, configuration, and customization

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Experience in conducting design workshops and gathering requirements

Ability to commute to Frisco, TX office in a hybrid fashion
