Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain complex Anaplan models to support business planning and forecasting processes
Analyze large datasets to provide actionable insights and support business strategies
Work closely with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements and translate them into effective Anaplan solutions
Develop and maintain detailed documentation for models, processes, and procedures
Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within the Anaplan platform and related workflows

Required
5+ years of experience in financial modeling, business analysis, or a related role
3+ years of hands-on experience with Anaplan, including model building and management
Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Experience in building out and analyzing large data sets; strong relevant analytical tools skills including Access, SQL, Excel, Data Warehouse, Data Modeling, PowerBI
Anaplan certification(s) such as Anaplan Certified Model Builder or Anaplan Solution Architect is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to synthesize detailed information into succinct and actionable recommendations in PowerPoint presentations
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across business units to achieve results and create organizational alignment
Self-motivated, deliverable-focused, strong work ethic, enthusiastic and ambitious attitude, able to prioritize and resolve an array of issues simultaneously
