Responsibilities
Support departmental need for marketing programs and ad-hoc reporting and presentations.
Responsible for ad promo/educational approval workflows, trade show content and logistics, and ensuring all digital channels are up-to-date.
Define and refine the process for updating content and manage workflow efficiently.
Support ad hoc marketing activities and projects as needed.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent.
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to communicate efficiently both internally and externally and work competently in cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented, organized, and strong critical thinking skills to balance changing priorities.
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
2 – 5+ years of experience in client service.
Preferred
Experience with the Veeva Vault Promo Mats platform.
Experience in tradeshow planning and logistics.
