Responsibilities

Ensure the company's products and processes meet established quality standards

Identify shortfalls, develop corrective measures, and implement quality control systems

Make design recommendations for quality standards

Monitor and analyze quality performance

Investigate and troubleshoot product or production issues

Inspect processes and products for quality issues

Review codes, specifications and processes

Aid the implementation and execution of test documents and test procedures

Monitor all aspects of software and product testing within the company, to include developing test strategies, drawing up test documents, identifying faults, and reviewing QA reports

Meet with the software/product designers to determine QA parameters

Troubleshoot quality issues and suggest modifications for test procedures

Assist with analysis checks on product specifications

Field requests from the design team and management

Required

Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, software development or related field

2-4 years of experience in a QA or engineering role

Experience coding and using QA software tools and processes preferred

Experience with automation frameworks and tools such as selenium and developing automation tests

Experience with web testing and application testing

Preferred

Experience writing PHP, Python, HTML, & Javascript preferred

Experience with HTML Validator preferred

Experience with release tools such as Jenkins

Experience with Appium

Experience with CSS, JS, and Wordpress preferred
