Responsibilities

Manage the security footprint products, including Hardware Security Module (“HSM”) products and personal tokens.

Collaborate with internal teams to understand market trends and develop new system solutions.

Define product and market requirements for various system features such as real-time payment tracking and compliance needs.

Analyze industry trends, share knowledge, and recommend system solutions to other departments.

Develop improved product concepts based on customer needs using identity API.

Produce detailed product definitions and business cases for internal teams and customers.

Set quality standards and policies to ensure operational success for customers.

Develop user documentation and train sales force and customers on product solutions.

Handle contract negotiations with vendors and onboard new technologies for improved customer experience.

Meet with customers to collect feedback and incorporate suggestions into product development.

Host workshops for customers to gain hands-on experience with products and provide insights for improvement.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or a closely related IT field, or foreign equivalent with 3 years of experience

Providing technical support to the banking and FinTech industry using the Swift ecosystem

Experience with Linux RedHat, Windows, and AIX

Maintaining application security in complex mission-critical environments including Hardware Security Module (HSM) and PKI technologies
