Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end UX research projects, responsible for planning, execution, analysis, and reporting of qualitative and quantitative data.

Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define research questions, develop comprehensive research plans, and prioritize research initiatives that align with business objectives.

Transform research insights into actionable recommendations that shape product strategy and guide design decisions with a user-centric approach.

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our user base, staying abreast of industry trends and analyzing competitors' offerings to drive continuous product innovation.

Present research findings and strategic recommendations to effectively communicate the value of UX and encourage alignment on priorities and objectives.

As a mentor and guide, encourage continuous learning and growth for junior team members in the UX research and broader design team.

Required

5+ years of experience in UX research, preferably within the Fintech or wealth management industry

Expertise in various research methods, including usability testing, interviews, surveys, and contextual inquiry

Ability to choose and apply appropriate methods to effectively gather user insights and proficiency in analyzing data to derive significant insights to drive decision-making and product improvements

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and drive decision-making

A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving, with a strong focus on applying user-centered design principles and partnering cross-functionally

Demonstrates high adaptability to shift priorities along with strong prioritization skills to balance short-term tactical work with long-term strategic goals

Education in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Human Factors, or a related field
