Responsibilities

Manage scheduling for CEO, including agendas, mail, email, client management, and other company logistics

Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information to senior executives

Assist the CEO in the development of presentations and other supporting documents

Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary

Manage travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation, and meals

Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials

Organize team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site

Routinely perform a wide variety of support duties.
