Required
Minimum of 2 years as a UX Designer or 4+ years in related fields (Product Design, Interaction Design, UX Writing, etc.)
Ability to produce key UX deliverables and advocate for best design practices to maintain consistency across experiences
Skilled at presenting solutions and strategies to stakeholders and driving consensus on trade-offs
Utilize customer research and analytics to guide design decisions and strategies
Promote a team culture that values collaboration, feedback, and ongoing improvement
Strong working knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Miro, Jira, Sketch, etc.
Preferred
A current online portfolio showcasing your expertise in experience design
Experience working closely with design teams, product managers, and engineers to align on solutions
Assist in defining strategies to create seamless multi-channel experiences
Ability to navigate complex design challenges and understand underlying technologies
Curious, collaborative, self-motivated, and relationship-oriented
