Responsibilities

Self-motivated candidate with the ability to prioritize and maintain alignment with project teams and stakeholders.

Lead implementation of changes with limited supervision, gather requirements, communicate progress and risks.

Design and execute experiments, troubleshoot quality and process issues, author protocols/reports, and coordinate review processes.

Conduct literature research, propose action plans, develop project tracking, and work within cross-functional teams.

Possess good communication skills, demonstrate a growth mindset, and lead initiatives impacting plant objectives.

Follow good documentation practices, work within multi-functional teams, and execute initiatives with direct impact.

Required

A bachelor’s degree in sciences or engineering

Minimum of 4 years of working experience in manufacturing or quality role in Life Sciences, biotechnology, or related industries

Proficient with MS Office suite is necessary

Knowledge and/or experiences in the following area would be advantageous:

Data analysis and use of data analysis software like Minitab

Six Sigma or lean manufacturing concept and methods

Experience planning, tracking, and executing projects

Experience working under GMP, industries regulated by the FDA or/and ISO 13485
