Responsibilities

Implement the SMS chat channel for the Zoom Contact Center.

Assess tasks from Project Management (PM)/User Experience (UX) and provide technical feedback.

Develop database architecture design for the tasks.

Implement test scripts for the back-end Application Program Interface (API).

Troubleshoot production issues and complete fixes or enhancements.

Design and implement service monitoring systems.
