Responsibilities
Develop and implement work plans to ensure efficient and productive execution of MCH projects.
Plan and coordinate outreach activities, including community events, workshops, and training sessions, to reach the target audience and promote MCH initiatives.
Collaborate with team members to develop and implement data collection protocols and tools.
Ensure accurate and timely data collection, documentation, and data management.
Engage with stakeholders, including healthcare providers, community leaders, and government agencies, to align project goals and ensure effective partnerships.
Manage project-related administrative activities, such as budgeting, scheduling, and communication with project funders and other stakeholders.
Develop, follow, and train staff on standard operating procedures to ensure consistent and efficient project implementation.
Provide support in writing, editing, evaluation, and documentation of work performed.
Work closely with team members to identify areas for process improvement and execute strategies that optimize project outcomes.
Contribute information and ideas related to areas of responsibility as part of a cross-functional team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Comply with the requirements of the funding agencies and supervisor, ensuring project deliverables are executed in compliance with established guidelines.

Required
High School diploma or GED plus seven (7) years of general research, project coordination, administrative, customer service, community outreach, or other related experience.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree plus three (3) years of general research, project coordination, administrative, customer service, community outreach, or other related experience.
A clinical background and experience working in maternal child health, including women’s health.
