Responsibilities

Operating as the lead point of contact for accounts including selling, new product introductions, and order management.
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Promoting sales and service culture while supporting company needs and goals.
Ensuring GRAV's philosophy, mission, and vision are understood by retail and distribution partners.
Following a daily work schedule and participating in weekly progress meetings.
Handling successful transition of leads to customers with Sales Development Representative.
Servicing existing accounts, obtaining orders, and establishing new accounts.
Coordinating sales efforts within the territory with Sr. Account Manager.
Ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs.
Maintaining business revenue and profitability targets.
Assisting customers through various communication channels and in-person meetings.
Resolving customer issues promptly with the Customer Service team.
Becoming a product and industry expert, staying informed about customers, political climate, and competitors.
Supplying management with information on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities.
Participating in trade shows.

Required

2+ years experience in Sales specific role in comparable industries
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
Strong closing and prospecting skills
Goal focused with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create results driven, team-oriented environments.
Proficiency in BrightPearl or similar ERP and CRM software (SalesHub preferred): including reporting and bulk order management
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Has strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
