Responsibilities
Lead the development of user interfaces for patients, therapists, and insurance provider agents.
Provide technical leadership to a team of engineers working on frontend development.
Collaborate with design teams to ensure seamless integration of design and development.
Drive all phases of the development lifecycle including planning, specing, execution, and success measurement.
Solve complex problems and maintain a high-quality standard in software development.

Required
6+ years of software engineering experience.
Previous production experience with React or typescript.
Experience working directly with a design team.
Experience working on time-sensitive projects, balancing multiple stakeholder’s needs.
Experience driving all phases of the development lifecycle: planning, specing, execution, and measuring success.
Preferred
Strong frontend engineering specialization
Strong engineering fundamentals
Complex problem-solving, grit, and willingness to engage with high-complexity
Collaborative working style and bias to helping others in the team grow
Strong sense of ownership
