Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives
Translate business requirements into data requirements and mappings
Create project artifacts to articulate scope and outcomes
Work with data analysts, architects, and engineers for accurate data implementation
Identify issues and risks, escalating them as needed
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in AI & ML

Required

Bachelor degree with 2 years of professional work experience or no degree and 6 years of professional work experience
5 years of experience as a business analyst in a technical environment
3 year of experience in reporting or database development
Experience facilitating technical project meetings and creating/delivering presentations
Familiarity with agile development practices
Strong initiative and personal accountability

Preferred

Exceptional interpersonal skills including collaboration, facilitation, and influencing
Naturally curious and willing to ask questions
Familiarity with data modeling concepts and methodologies
Exposure to Snowflake, Azure ML, and other analytic and AI/ML tools
Experience with Microsoft Teams, Azure DevOps or similar
