Responsibilities
Meet required COVID-19 vaccination(s), as defined by applicable law, regulation, or guidance from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
Create a supportive working environment that encourages trauma-informed and culturally competent interactions.
Provide excellent internal and external customer service.
Conduct bi-weekly individual and group staff supervision.
Recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff in collaboration with the Director/Associate Director.
Record all services in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
Maintain up-to-date records in EHR and complete required documentation.
Manage tasks and scanning for complete and current client charts.
Ensure direct reports meet productivity standards.
Provide appropriate correspondence to clients, case managers, and community service providers.
Assure compliance with funding requirements and complete necessary reports.
Utilize a systems approach to identify program strengths and needs for continuous improvement.
Respond to crises in a trauma-informed manner.
Drive company vehicles as required.
Attend meetings and supervision sessions.
Complete required forms, reports, and trainings.
Assist in program budget development and oversight.
Collaborate with other program managers for integrated care.
Participate in quality improvement activities.
Conduct staff performance reviews and maintain supervision records.
Maintain a respectful work environment and foster cooperation and teamwork.
Participate in department training and other assigned tasks.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in human services, social work, or related field
More than two years of experience in a similar setting (residential, mental health, transitional housing, etc.)
Preferred
Master’s Degree in human services field
