Responsibilities
Analyze multiple data sets to derive actionable insights for program strategy development.
Translate findings into compelling narratives and visualizations to support program strategies.
Apply analysis tools/frameworks such as stakeholder analysis, service blueprints, and journey mapping.
Utilize qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to inform design decisions.
Address healthcare debt challenges and develop new services through early discovery stages.

Required
Completion of an advanced degree in design, social sciences, or a related field
3-5 years of service design or human centered design related experience
Strong sensemaking skills, with the ability to distill large amounts of data into actionable information and to develop nuanced recommendations that take into account the needs of both potential program participants and the organization
Experience applying analysis tools/ frameworks such as stakeholder analysis, asset inventory, SWOT, service blueprints, business model canvas, and journey mapping
Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies; curious and enjoys asking 'why'
Familiarity with or a passion for addressing healthcare debt (from health-related expenses such as medical, dental, and Rx)
Experience with service design, including early discovery stages, design, and scoping tests for new services
Strong project management skills, including creation of detailed project plan, managing scope and competing priorities, ability to work collaboratively or independently and resolve issues as they arise
Preferred
Familiarity with healthcare debt, medical debt, or the healthcare industry
Strong communication skills to translate findings into a compelling narrative and develop visualizations to support
