Required
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 5 years of proven success in account management or sales within the injection molding industry, preferably with blue chip customers
Strong business acumen and understanding of technical manufacturing processes
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
Autonomous thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
