Responsibilities
The Salesforce Developer is responsible for developing software and must be proficient in Salesforce development technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, Lightning Web Components or similar experience with Java/JEE, PHP and frameworks such as React, Angular or Bootstrap.
The individual is responsible for writing unit test cases to validate the code against unit tests, security tests, and profiling tools.
Designs and implements low-latency, high-availability and high-performance applications, that adhere to security and data protection requirements.
Facilitates and leads troubleshooting activities and possess excellent debugging skills with backend micro services and cross browser compatibility issues.
Prepares documentation covering code, errors, and recovery procedures.
The individual will participate in the full SDLC or Agile methodologies.

Required
3-5 years of experience with Salesforce Apex
3-5 years of experience with using IDEs such as VSCode or IntelliJ and source control tools such as GitHub
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field required
Solid ability to interface, inspire and motivate at various levels of the organization
Ability to convey technical information to non-technical individuals
Demonstrated written and oral skills to communicate with external and internal stakeholders effectively
Preferred
3 years of experience in Java/JEE development preferred
Salesforce Platform Developer certification(s) preferred
Experience in responsive design concepts to implement mobile friendly solutions
Working knowledge in AWS Cloud implementing highly secure, scalable and standards-based solutions
Proven experience in agile development methodologies Scrum/Kanban and experience with Jira to manage the agile sprints and backlog
Experience with continuous delivery and integration tools: Jenkins, Nexus, Artifactory
Experience with build/SCM tools: Maven, Gradle, NPM
Knowledge of frameworks such as React, Angular or Bootstrap are a plus
Knowledge of HTML, XML, JavaScript and CSS
Solid software development skills and fundamentals such as knowledge of data structures, object-oriented programming, relational database design, and design patterns
