Responsibilities

Serve as a key member of the “core” technical team to drive double-digit profitable growth across the business.

Serve as mid-senior practitioner for program management and related activities in support of ERM clients with a focus on EHS&S Management Systems projects.

Support the management of strategic programs with complex technical/regulatory issues.

Provide Program Management for large projects and multi-person project teams.

Work closely with clients to understand specific processes and develop strategies to help clients maintain maximum operating flexibility.

Effectively manage project teams, including appropriately delegating project assignments and mentoring junior staff.

Required

BS/MS in a technical field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Environmental Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related program.

Relevant consulting experience working with significant clients on EHS&S Management Systems solutions and sustainable EHS programs.

Experience managing complex programs involving vendors and multiple stakeholders.

7-10 years in program management, particularly in GIS implementation or electric asset management.

Lean Six Sigma (LSS), Lean Management and process improvement experience strongly preferred.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

Experience developing and managing program plans (scope, schedule, budget, resources) while also identifying and managing risks associated with execution.

Strong leadership experience coordinating with cross-functional teams for project execution.

Proven experience coordinating program governance meetings and materials.

Ability to travel to different sites as needed in Northern California.
