Responsibilities

Actively support efforts to simplify and enhance customer experience.

Analyze business partners’ operations to identify automation opportunities.

Assess available technologies and create development specifications.

Provide technical expertise in identifying and developing cost-effective systems.

Consult with management and users to determine system needs.

Design systems to meet business goals and oversee implementation.

Improve internal processes and control risks within the business applications framework.

Perform programming and analysis tasks on business systems.

Facilitate communication between business units for agreements and commitments.

Conduct feasibility studies to assess solutions to business problems.
