Required
Proven experience in B2B account management or a similar client-facing role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Preferred
Experience working with a CRM product, HubSpot
Experience in the risk management or technology industry
Knowledge of crisis management concepts and practices
