Responsibilities

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.

Manage and maintain the Integris website, ensuring it reflects our brand identity and delivers an exceptional user experience.

Utilize your expertise in HubSpot to automate marketing workflows, nurture leads, and analyze campaign performance.

Assist in video production efforts, including brainstorming, scripting, filming, and editing promotional videos and other multimedia content.

Create graphics to complement video and marketing materials.

Develop and execute social media and paid advertising strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive demand generation.

Coordinate and oversee webinar production from planning to execution, including content creation, speaker coordination, technical setup, and audience engagement.

Stay aware of industry trends and emerging technologies to continually enhance Integris' digital presence.

Actively foster connections within the organization to discover and promote storytelling opportunities. Inform internal teams on the elements of a compelling story and the best ways to partner with the marketing team to gather, craft, and share stories that align with our content strategies and business goals.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.

2 or more years' experience

Graphic Design experience

Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills

Experience with video production tools and software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, and a passion for storytelling through visual media.

Proficiency in video production skills (recording/editing, etc.)

Experience with content management systems (CMS), preferably WordPress.

Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, particularly HubSpot.

Experience in Demand Generation from both social strategy/video and campaign creation, development, and execution.
