Responsibilities

Work closely with management to plan out and execute long-term roadmaps

Guide team members on best practices and career progression

Act as the primary point of contact for new projects, providing technical advice and architectural guidance

Improve cloud infrastructure for reliability and performance

Build and test automation tools for infrastructure provisioning

Maintain tools for GitOps approach to application deployment

Handle code deployments, monitor metrics, and drive improvements

Provide technical guidance and educate team members on DevOps processes

Lead projects and teams to achieve deliverables

Brainstorm ideas for development and infrastructure improvement

Consult with peers for feedback on meeting development needs

Monitor and maintain applications in an agile environment

Manage day-to-day project administration

Manage existing CICD tools and evaluate for team needs

Document processes and update as needed

Provide leadership for On Call rotations and application reliability
