Responsibilities
Build Marketing Campaigns: Create visually engaging marketing campaigns across various channels and customer segments.
Develop Advertising and Communication Strategy: Formulate a comprehensive strategy encompassing digital and social media.
Marketing Calendar Execution: Develop and manage a marketing calendar, orchestrating the execution of marketing programs.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with multiple departments to facilitate seamless product launches.
Email Marketing Management: Design and execute mass email campaigns utilizing HubSpot.
Trade Show Planning and Execution: Lead the planning and execution of global and domestic trade shows.
Website Maintenance: Maintain and update the company website and other digital platforms.
Market Analysis and Forecasting: Continuously monitor and analyze market trends.
Customer Engagement Strategy: Support customer and consumer face-to-face interaction strategies.
Campaign Performance Evaluation: Evaluate the impact of marketing programs on stated objectives.
Team Management and Training: Manage the marketing department's staff.
Reporting: Prepare reports related to marketing activities.

Required
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Marketing or related field
3-5+ years’ experience
Exposure to the personal care industry
Exceptional in Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
Social media platforms
HubSpot/ Salesforce
Squarespace
Canva
Figma
Adobe Creative Suite (In Design/Illustrator/Photoshop)
Must be able to commute locally to Denville, NJ
Must be able to legally work in the United States
