Responsibilities

Design and layout various materials such as brochures, reports, presentations, ads, learning materials, and social media imagery.

Work with Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office to produce outstanding deliverables for clients and global partner organizations.

Collaborate with a team to create client-branded reports and deliverables.

Transform ideas, concepts, and data into compelling visual deliverables.

Prioritize urgent requests to meet deadlines with outstanding quality.

Build relationships with stakeholders and associates.

Exceed expectations in a fast-paced, agile, deadline-driven environment.

Innovate in the convergence of visual design and AI for enhanced efficiency and outside-the-box thinking.

Take a logical and systematic, yet creative and innovative, approach to problem-solving and design.

Adobe Creative CloudMicrosoft Office

Required

Minimum of an associate degree in graphic design, communication arts or a related field or the equivalent in education and experience required

At least three years of in-house design experience or professional design experience for a creative agency or professional service organization required

Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office required

Ability to work on-site at Gallup’s Chicago office at least three days per week required
