Responsibilities
Assist in planning and organizing promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure successful event execution.
Compile leads and upload into CRM.
Assist in creating marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, social media posts, and email campaigns.
Monitor customer and rental representative’s social media accounts to identify additional case study opportunities.
Coordinate with Marketing Specialist to schedule and conduct case study interviews.
Minor photo or video editing for sharing.
Work closely with the sales and product development teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives.
Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to produce cohesive marketing materials.
Assist Graphic Designer with video editing and creation.
Assist in daily administrative tasks to ensure the marketing department runs smoothly.
Manage and update marketing databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Maintain and tag photo and video on LGH marketing drive and CRM system.
Other duties as assigned.

Required
High School diploma or GED required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
Preferred
Associate’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field strongly preferred.
Knowledge of Hubspot software preferred.
