Responsibilities
Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives, to ensure they are effective and efficient.
Remove Impediments: Identify and remove any obstacles or impediments that hinder the team's progress and productivity.
Coach and Mentor: Coach and mentor the team on Agile and Scrum practices and principles, helping the development team understand and apply them effectively.
Promote Collaboration: Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team and between teams. Encourage open communication and a transparent work environment.
Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework, including the proper use of Scrum artifacts and roles.
Support the Product Owner: Collaborate with the Product Owner to maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that it is clear, concise, and ready for development.
Metrics and Reporting: Collect and report Agile and Scrum metrics to track team progress and identify areas for improvement.
Conflict Resolution: Facilitate conflict resolution within the team and with external stakeholders.
Facilitate discussion, decision making, issue escalation and conflict resolution while promoting joint accountability for results and problem solving.
Assist Product Owners to shape the product road-map and vision.
Work multiple projects simultaneously.

Required
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile projects.
ServiceNow platform experience
Experience implementing technology projects.
Experience with Agile techniques: User Stories, Business & Test-Driven Development, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Paired Programming and Automated Testing.
Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum principles and practices.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients and other departments.
Strong customer service orientation.
Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Experience working in highly fast-paced team-oriented, collaborative environment
Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience).
5 or more years of project management experience including at least 2 years working with Agile
Preferred
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar Agile/Scrum certification.
Experience using Strategic Portfolio Management (ServiceNow)
