Responsibilities

Oversees coordination of cross-functional development team throughout the development life cycle to deliver net new technology solutions

Oversees intake, feasibility analysis, and technical/functional requirements gathering of new ideas

Leads development roadmap planning and status meetings following appropriate agile methodology. Establishes clear deliverables and accountability

Communicates between developers and key stakeholders (team resource managers, leadership, business owners, etc) to manage expectations and delivery schedules

Oversees planning and execution of QA/testing

Anticipates, identifies, and escalates issues appropriately

Oversees post-project review, lessons learned sessions, and documentation with general/moderate supervision
