Responsibilities

Content Management: Manage, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms.
Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to platform comments and inquiries professionally.
Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing brand campaigns related to social media.
Performance Analysis: Analyze and report on social media metrics, providing insights for improvement.
Team Collaboration: Ensure brand consistency and alignment with company goals.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices.
Brand Events: Participate in photoshoots to create social media content.
Content Creation: Create and edit content leveraging junior designer resources.
PR and Influencer Support: Assist in PR or influencer-related tasks.
Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Required

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their functionalities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging and original content.
Expert in leveraging social media tools and resources (e.g., Dash Hudson, Canva).
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Proficient in analyzing, reporting, and sharing performance metrics.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Prior experience in social media management or marketing is a plus.
