Responsibilities
Guiding development and testing team through remediating accessibility issues
Help build out internal SharePoint hub (containing checklists, access guidelines, and toolkits for team)
Champion accessibility initiatives within the company and the broader tech community.
Serve as the go-to technical expert on accessibility, advising on inclusive design principles and ensuring accessibility considerations are integrated from the earliest stages of product development and throughout.
Educate and mentor team members on web and mobile accessibility principles, tools, and testing methodologies.

Required
5+ years’ experience in native mobile app and web development (coding experience with ReactNative, CSS, Aria, HTML)
5+ years’ experience remediating accessibility defects for native mobile app and web experiences
