Marketing Coordinator, Sales Channels

Responsibilities
Supports Channel Marketing Manager
Field and track marketing requests from all sales channels using internal workflow forms and marketing project management system
Coordinate the development, proofing, print production, and inventory tracking for channel signage and collateral needs
Support showroom openings and other major channel events
Track internal project management system
Holiday giving/gift program
Support national/international advertising execution
Other projects as assigned

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Related Field.
2+ years’ experience in marketing or related field
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
Proven problem-solver
Passionate about working with many people throughout the organization
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Independent self-starter with a “can-do” attitude, displaying initiative and enthusiasm
Ability to juggle multiple projects, and successfully work in a fast-paced environment
Enthusiasm for our products and desire to learn and grow within the position
Fluent in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Retail marketing or experience with sales channels a plus
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time (local/showroom locations)
