Responsibilities
Advising, mentoring, coaching, and training on performance against agile values, practices, and processes
Maintaining backlog, removing impediments, and facilitating agile ceremonies
Coordinating release management and managing interdependencies across squads
Driving team performance through metrics and finding opportunities for improvement
Engaging with team members and leadership to embed agile principles
Working collaboratively with product partners and chapter leaders
Accelerating squad performance and efficiency by providing coaching and resources
Maintaining and updating squad performance metrics and artifacts
Managing and participating in agile events
Supporting adoption and use of enabling tools
Organizing and presenting information logically to various audiences
Collaborating closely with the squad leader to execute on the product roadmap
Managing multiple priorities simultaneously
Coaching and mentoring complex squads
Participating in a community of practice and providing scrum knowledge

Required
Deep scrum expertise

Maintenance and updating of squad performance metrics and artifacts
Participation in agile events
Supporting adoption and consistent use of enabling tools like Jira, Mural, MS Teams
Organizing and presenting information logically and concisely to various audiences
Collaboration with squad leader to plan and execute high-priority work
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
Coaching and mentoring complex squads
Participation in a community of practice and providing scrum knowledge
Proven change agent capable of coaching agile practices
Effective facilitation skills
Intellectual curiosity and enthusiasm for learning new skills
Modeling a culture of continuous learning, mentoring, and coaching
