Responsibilities
Work with firm principals, marketing team members, and consultants to create proposals, qualification packages and presentations
Lead the production of materials for marketing brochures, client interviews/presentations
Maintain and update resumes, project case studies, and boilerplates
Maintain and update project and staff information in firm’s database, Deltek Vision
Maintain and update specific opportunities and marketing efforts in firm’s database, Deltek Vision
Assist in project updates on the firm’s website

Required
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
2-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the architecture or construction industry
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Skilled writer with a strong command of grammar, punctuation, editing and proofing
Ability to work independently and manage multiple, concurrent deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Preferred
Knowledge of the architecture and design industry a plus
Knowledge of Deltek Vision software a plus
