Responsibilities
Create data-driven, iterative approaches to build out digital products and enable teams to provide quality care to members
Collaborate with the team to contribute to technical solutions that satisfy business requirements with a focus on scalability, stability, efficiency, maintainability, and extensibility
Communicate with technical and non-technical audiences to understand goals and translate them to technical architecture and requirements

Required
Passionate and committed to reimagining pediatric health care
Deep understanding and experience with front end applications, APIs, and back-end services
Experience in healthcare or virtual care
Experience using FHIR standard data modeling
Experience with tech stack: Backend - NodeJS, Frontend - ReactJS, Mantine, Infrastructure - AWS, Mobile - React Native, Supported by - Medplum
Experience working in a fast-paced, hypergrowth, collaborative environment
Ability to be on call after hours once per month
