Responsibilities

Designing and implementing production processes and systems that improve efficiency and quality.

Conducting time and motion studies to identify areas for improvement in production processes.

Developing and implementing quality control procedures to ensure products meet customer specifications.

Working towards increasing efficiency and safety throughout all production systems.

Analyzing production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Developing and implementing cost reduction strategies.

Collaborating with other engineers and managers to develop and implement process improvements.

Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Preparing reports and presentations on production data and process improvements.

Being a team player with excellent communication skills, managing goals, supporting production output quality, presenting at meetings, and focusing on customers.
