Responsibilities

Design and build scalable data pipelines that can extract, transform and load data from cloud and on-premise sources.

Develop and maintain data pipelines, solutions for data collection, management, metadata, and usage.

Optimize and reengineer model code, deploy models to production, and develop end-to-end solutions for enterprise strategic initiatives.

Identify, design, and implement process improvements, automate manual processes, re-design infrastructure, and monitor pipeline metadata and usage.

Manage weekly and monthly production operations, resolve and escalate production issues, and partner with business stakeholders.

Perform root cause analysis of system and data issues, develop solutions, and mentor analytics developers on projects.

Advanced data infrastructure, design, and ETL skills.

Excellent critical and analytical thinking and excellent customer service skills.

Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Must have knowledge and skills necessary to explain complex concepts to team members and leadership.

Excellent organizational and presentation skills.

Attention to detail, accuracy, workflow and time management.

Strong data analytical and data model creation skills.

Experience with business process improvement, applications management and end user support.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Familiarity with change management code repository.

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree.

Strong knowledge of how healthcare departments relate to one another and interdependent process flows.

Experienced in MS Office suite preferred.

Epic Clarity/Cogito knowledge

Snowflake and/or Azure experience
