Responsibilities

Define the field marketing strategy that supports the company's overall objectives

Organize and host online and in-person events to create sales opportunities and deepen customer relationships

Manage all aspects of event coordination including strategy, materials creation, messaging, signage, vendor relations, and budget

Integrate technology and channel partners into field and co-marketing initiatives

Collaborate with marketing teams to implement strategies combining various marketing channels

Research industry events and evaluate sponsorships based on objectives and target audience

Own relationships with prospects, partners, customers, and event organizers

Measure and track results of campaign activity and make recommendations for future initiatives

Required

3-5 years of experience at a B2B technology company (preference for SaaS)

Experience implementing integrated campaigns across multiple locations

Experience managing budgets

Strong project management and organizational skills

Deep understanding of the foundations of marketing and how events can play a critical part in moving the business forward

Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal); ability to clearly and concisely craft messages to internal and external stakeholders, including presenting to executive teams

Strong stakeholder management skills and comfort managing expectations/keeping teams on track

A “figure shit out” attitude (you might not always know all the answers, but you’re eager to learn and figure it out)

Based in North America and willing to travel 30%
