Responsibilities

Supports development and maintenance of the Military OneSource Monthly Catalog of Services

Assists field consultants with analysis of programs and services that can address needs and gaps, including Federal, state, and local resources and non-profit organizations, affecting Active Duty, Guard, and Reserve members and families.

Conducts analysis and reporting of Field Consultant activities, findings, and recommendations

Conducts continuous cost/benefit analysis of Field Consultant operations

Assists the Director of Outreach Operations to strategically plan, monitor, and align Field Consultant assignments to address the evolving needs of supported populations.

Required

US Citizen and fluent English speaker

Must submit to and successfully pass a DoD-initiated Tier 2 (Low-Risk) Suitability Investigation

Holds a four-year college degree (or equivalent work experience) and 15 years of prior military experience as an active duty, National Guard, or Reserve member (or as a spouse of a member) or relevant civilian experience and knowledge of Military Services programs (military departments and family service-type programs)

Possesses strong customer service skills, knowledge of call center operations, and knowledge and understanding of the military lifestyle

Solid working knowledge of standard computer software (Microsoft Office business suite to include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project)
