Responsibilities

Handle email communication (we use Google's G Suite)

Manage calendars: reserve conference rooms, resolve conflicts, handle reschedules, ensure invites contain dial-in information, etc.

Arrange travel

Keep track of outstanding requests and schedule reminders

Handle invoice processing and expense reports

Help manage area budgets

Assemble PowerPoint and spreadsheet presentations for a wide variety of audiences, from executive management to the board

Organize monthly virtual team dinners

Required

Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of relevant work experience, preferably with G-Suite

A ‘do-what-it-takes’ attitude toward driving results in a fast-paced work environment

Ability to navigate through ambiguity, direct and coordinate multiple assignments simultaneously, accept ownership, and deliver on commitments

Excellent time-management skills

A love of learning and the ability to keep up with a constantly changing environment

The ability to learn multiple internal systems & processes quickly is a must; general tech-savviness will help as well

High attention to detail with superior problem-solving skills; comfortable independently multitasking and prioritizing projects in a fast-paced work environment

A relentlessly positive and optimistic attitude

Analytical mindset with a proficiency for numbers, spreadsheets, and impeccable grammar
