Responsibilities
Administrative duties such as coordination of projects, scheduling of meetings, coordination of sub-contractors and client scheduling, conference rooms, conference calls, etc.
Manage project tasks with minimal oversight; work with team members to share information and resources; develop project materials and tools; and support the preparation of status reports for group leadership.
Schedule, coordinate, and organize offsite meetings for Group leadership team.
Produce information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
Conserve executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
Notify executives and staff of deadlines to ensure timely completion of objectives.
Prepare presentations for executives by formatting, inputting, and editing.
Handle various travel arrangements for group leadership team, coordinating calendars, communicating appropriately to all parties on conflicts or other needs, and resolving travel issues.
Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Ensures all materials are present and working prior to meetings with internal and external participants.

Required
Associate degree or combination of relevant experience and education
5+ years of related administrative experience, including experience supporting executives
Ability to commit to 25% travel
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills
Strong detail orientation, analytical and general business skills
Proven ability to arrange travel accommodations and plan events/meetings
