Responsibilities

Manage multi-year end-to-end technical programs.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, communicate progress to key stakeholders.

Explain technical architecture and tradeoffs to drive business decisions.

Run cross-functional meetings, drive decision-making around schedule adjustments.

Engage with engineering and product stakeholders to drive execution and understand risks.

Prioritize ruthlessly and drive operational efficiency across teams.

Required

Strong technical skills and ability to dive deep into technical concepts and architecture in detail. Knowledge of data streaming architectures, Kafka, or Flink is a plus.

Prior TPM experience in driving end-to-end lifecycle of complex and large scale programs across organizations.

Experience driving horizontal programs with numerous incoming requests and ability to ruthlessly prioritize. Experience with UI/UX, Design, and Frontend dev teams is a big plus.

Experience driving operational efficiency and implementing scalable/repeatable processes across teams is also a big plus.

Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills to work with engineering and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience in highly agile environments applying JIRA reporting and sprint planning is a big plus.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred

Knowledge of CS fundamentals as well as data streaming is preferred to deep-dive into technical areas to support these programs successfully.
