Responsibilities

Partner with leadership to define program goals, identify key initiatives, and develop a comprehensive program roadmap.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate program goals, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Work closely with Product Managers to break down product roadmaps into actionable plans and define project scope.

Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.

Serve as the central point of contact for everyone involved in the program, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and roadblocks.

Foster collaboration across teams by facilitating regular meetings, maintaining clear communication channels, and reporting program progress to stakeholders.

Manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously, ensuring they stay on track, meet deadlines, and deliver value.

Identify and mitigate risks, proactively develop contingency plans, and establish a process for project prioritization.

Required

Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred, 5+ years related experience in a technical program management role, experience working in a SaaS or high-growth technical setting; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must have Carrier Integration background of 3-5 years

Strong documentation skills in Jira
