Responsibilities

Lead and grow a team of skilled engineers, architects, and analysts through empathy and people-centric approach

Set the team's delivery roadmap and technical goals, working closely with product and partner teams.

Ensure team's deliverables meet the security, quality and maturity standards set by enterprise architecture and engineering

Represent the team in front of stakeholders in forums like OpsCo and SteerCo.

Ensure that team is delivering as per the planned timelines by helping remove any blockers

Manage the resource plan and budget for the team.

Set OKRs and development goals for the team and provide support and mentorship

Required

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field with a minimum of 10 years of experience in information technology.

Minimum 4 years of experience in directly leading and developing technology delivery teams

Experience in conducting discovery and implementation of enterprise scale technology solutions (including SaaS) for complex business workflows

Experience in implementing real-time data integrations using technologies like Kafka and REST API

Experience in implementing data reports and visualizations using platforms similar to Snowflake and Power BI

Experience with cloud technologies
